Wholemeal bread

Do you buy fresh bread at the bakery every day? Then why not just bake your own? With our new recipe, we'll show you how you can easily make your own wholemeal bread with our BM 3!

Preparation

Step 1

Open the lid and remove the baking dish by turning it to the left. This is important so that no ingredients get into the baking chamber or onto the heating elements.

Step 2

Insert the dough hook. It is important that the hook is correctly placed on the shaft at the bottom of the baking dish. If the hook is not placed correctly, the ingredients cannot be mixed sufficiently.

Step 3

Now pour the ingredients into the baking tin in the order described below. All ingredients should be at room temperature.

Step 4

Order: 1. water, sugar beet syrup; 2. salt, wholemeal rye flour, spelt flour, sourdough extract; 3. yeast

Step 5

TipFill the baking tin with flour, make a small hole in the middle and fill in the yeast. If the yeast comes into contact with water before kneading, the bread may not rise. Therefore, always add the yeast last.
