Ice, ice, baby! The temperature scale keeps going up and you start to sweat. Homemade ice cream is just the thing to cool you down. We have the perfect recipe for you:
Place the berries in a bowl and allow to thaw slightly for approx. 25 min. so that they are still ice cold and firm.
Then place the thawed berries with the (powdered) sugar and yoghurt in a high blender jug and blend with a hand blender until smooth.
Divide the quick berry ice cream between four dessert bowls with a spoon dipped in hot water and serve immediately.
