Green Goddess Dip

Preparation

Step 1

Firstly, halve the avocado, remove the stone and scoop out the flesh. Then wash the fresh herbs, shake dry and roughly chop. Now wash the spring onions, shake dry and cut into fine rings. Peel and roughly chop the garlic.

Step 2

 

Now place all the ingredients together with the lemon juice, olive oil and apple cider vinegar in a blender and blend until the dip reaches a creamy consistency. Season to taste with salt and pepper and garnish with additional herbs as desired.

Step 3

Pour the Green Goddess Dip into a bowl and serve with vegetable sticks, crackers or as a sandwich spread.
