These meat-free burger patties are not only a feast for the taste buds, but also a healthy alternative to classic burgers.
Firstly, put the chickpeas, walnuts, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika powder and parsley into the food processor and process into a coarse mixture.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper and shape into burger patties.
Fry in a pan with a little oil on both sides until golden brown.
