Peach and basil sorbet

Preparation

Step 1

Firstly, prepare the peaches (wash, peel, remove the stone and cut into small pieces).

Step 2

Then puree finely with the white tea and basil leaves.

Step 3

Then place the fruit puree in a pan and bring to the boil with the sugar and lemon juice. Then leave to cool to fridge temperature.

Step 4

Now put the mixture into the ice cream maker and freeze to the desired consistency (approx. 30-45 minutes).

  • approx. 50 g sugar (depending on the sweetness of the fruit, increase or reduce the amount if necessary)
