Especially now in the cold season, raclette always works!
But so that you don't have the same thing every time, we have collected a few more unusual raclette ideas for you:
Pizza pans
Note: This recipe is only suitable for raclettes that have a switchable bottom heat.
Roll out the pizza dough and cut it out to fit the shape of your raclette pan.
Remove the tinned San Marzano tomatoes and mix with a little sugar, salt, pepper and oregano to taste.
Now place one cut-out pizza dough on each pan and smear with a little sauce. Then sprinkle with some cheese and top with other ingredients of your choice.
Bake the pan until the cheese has melted and the batter is crispy.
Tomato and mozzarella pasta pans
Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions and set aside. Remove the tinned San Marzano tomatoes and mix with a little sugar, salt, pepper and oregano to taste.
Drain the mozzarella well and cut into slices.
Now place the pasta, some sauce and mozzarella in a small pan and melt the cheese.
Apple crumble pans
Firstly, prepare the crumble: Flour, butter, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and Mix 50 g sugar and chill. Now wash the apples and cut into small cubes. Then and mix with the lemon juice.
Mix the remaining cinnamon (approx. 1 teaspoon) and sugar (approx. 20 g) in a small bowl.
Now place the pan with the apple pieces, some cinnamon sugar and crumble in the pan and bake for approx. 5 minutes.
