First peel and dice the onion.
Wash, clean and roughly chop the peppers.
Now set the DD3 to the SAUTÉ setting, select 30 minutes and allow to preheat.
As soon as the temperature is reached, sauté the onion cubes with a little oil until translucent. Then add the meat and sear all over. Add the paprika, paprika powder and tomato purée and stir well.
Pour in the stock, add the bay leaves and season with salt and pepper. Then put the lid on and lock it. Now select the MEAT/STEW programme, set the STEAM PRESSURE LEVEL to 8 / 50 minutes and start.
At the end of the programme, release the remaining steam and carefully open the lid.
Now stir in the flour and water until smooth. Set the SAUTÉ setting and add the flour mixture to the goulash, stirring constantly. Allow to thicken to the desired consistency, season to taste and serve with ribbon noodles or white bread, for example.
