Cheesecake Ice Cream

Ice cream is always good! And because homemade ice cream always tastes best, we want to share our favourite recipes for super delicious ice creams with you:

 

This insanely delicious cheesecake ice cream combines two of the most popular desserts in one: cake and ice cream! The ice cream is super creamy and surprises with pieces of butter biscuit.

Preparation

Step 1

Beat the cream cheese, sour cream and sugar in a large bowl with a hand mixer until smooth. Then add the cream and whip lightly, followed by the lemon juice and vanilla. Allow to cool to refrigerator temperature.

Step 2

Meanwhile, roughly crumble the butter biscuits. Now put the mixture into the ice cream maker and freeze until the desired consistency is reached (approx. 30-45 minutes).

Step 3

Finally, add the butter biscuit pieces and enjoy.
