Full doesn't mean you can't fit any more ice cream in. Who doesn't know it? And when it's homemade, you can't say no. We have prepared a fresh ice cream recipe that no one can resist.
Wash the currants, pluck them from the stalks and purée them vigorously together with the sugar. Pass through a fine sieve and then mix the fruit puree with cream and sour cream.
Then allow to cool to refrigerator temperature. Now put the mixture into the ice cream maker and freeze to the desired consistency (approx. 30-45 minutes).
