Speculoos ice cream

Speculoos ice cream - deliciously cold and of course with Christmas flavour! And the best thing is: you don't need so many ingredients and with the ice cream maker the speculoos ice cream almost makes itself.

Preparation

Step 1

Finely crumble the gingerbread and set aside for now.

Step 2

Place the milk, cream, brown sugar and egg in a tall container and blend with a hand blender until frothy.

Step 3

Now fold in the gingerbread crumbs and leave to cool to refrigerator temperature.

Step 4

Put the mixture into the ice cream maker and freeze to the desired consistency (approx. 30-45 minutes).
